1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • No stains, odors, or damage
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Return requests must be approved before shipping

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items purchased during promotions or discounts
  • Accessories (if applicable)
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or washing
  • Products showing signs of wear, stains, makeup marks, or perfume

3. Exchanges

  • Size changes
  • Color changes (subject to availability)
  • Defective or incorrectly shipped items

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@rusticfits.com with the following details:

  1. Order number
  2. Reason for return or exchange
  3. Photos (required for damaged or incorrect items)

Once approved, detailed return instructions will be provided.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Rustic Fits is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.

After verification, we will offer a free replacement or store credit.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been processed or shipped
  • Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible

8. Policy Rights

  • Reject returns that do not meet eligibility criteria
