1. Shipping & Handling Responsibility
  • All shipping and handling charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Rustic Fits does not cover the cost of return shipping.

  • The customer also bears the risk of loss or damage during the return shipment.

To ensure your item reaches us safely, we highly recommend:

  • Using a reliable shipping service with tracking and delivery confirmation.

  • Insuring the package against loss or damage.

  • Keeping a record of your shipment details for your own protection.

2. Quality Assurance
  • Each product at Rustic Fits is crafted with precision, and we conduct strict quality checks before dispatching any order.

  • However, please understand that slight variations in color, texture, weave, or print are not considered defects. These differences are a hallmark of handmade items and reflect the authenticity and individuality of each piece.

  • We encourage our customers to embrace these imperfections as part of the charm and uniqueness of our garments.

3. Exchange Policy (Size-Related Only)
  • We currently offer exchanges only for sizing issues. If you’ve received a product that doesn’t fit well, we’ll be happy to help you exchange it for the correct size.

To be eligible for a size exchange:

  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in perfect condition.

  • It must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and documents.

Products showing signs of:

  • Wear, washing, usage, or damage

  • Perfume, deodorant, or makeup stains (like lipstick)
    Will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Please note: We reserve the sole right to accept or decline an exchange request based on the condition of the returned item.

4. Return Request Procedure & Response Time

To initiate an exchange or return request, please contact us via email at support@rusticfits.com with your order details and reason for return.

Kindly allow us up to 24 working hours to respond. A member of our team will guide you through the steps required for a return or exchange.

5. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received, including:

  • Original packaging

  • Tags and labels intact

  • All accompanying documents (like invoice or authenticity card)

Returns will be rejected if:

  • The product has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged

  • There are visible stains (e.g., makeup or food)

  • Any part of the original packaging is missing

Rustic Fits reserves the absolute right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.

Important Note

We do not offer refunds at this time. Only size exchanges are permitted under our current policy.
If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer you a store credit at our discretion.
